following recent Tuition & Track Days at Castle Combe Motor Racing Circuit.

 

Hello,
Just a brief note to say many thanks for the organisation of last Saturday's track and tuition event (2011) which was simply superb. It was the first time my wife had ever ventured onto a race track and although extremely nervous she found the experience to be a very positive one. After a considerably cautious start she gathered momentum through the day, due in no small part to the teaching talents of David Da Costa who was a real star.

We will be back next year, this time with two cars so that I can benefit from affordable tuition. Many thanks to all.

Thanks also to the organiser, we all enjoyed it, despite three sessions on a very wet track. The final one in the dry certainly made it all worthwhile.

You deserve a medal for the organisation etc. well done it was excellent.
We are all thinking of getting the license to do sprints and hill climbs and maybe join you again sometime.

Hi Tony ,
Thanks for the invite for yesterday and I think I can say all who attended had a great time. Shame the cars from our side were not as many as before but that was because the event clashed with The Hayride a large [Hot Rod] show taking part at Bisley. Still at least 4 of the 8 cars that took part were different from the ones we took to your club meet .
I think the icing on the cake was the driving around the track that you so kindly arranged for us that alone was worth the trip. I think the photographer also made a tidy penny out of us, with all of us buying pics and cd's from him .

The event ran like clockwork, and it's always a pleasure to watch a master at work watching you sorting everyone out in your usual friendly and efficient manner, even (as in the previous two years) in absolutley dreadful weather.

Many thanks for the photos. Also many thanks to you and Phil for such well run event. Please pass on my thanks to everyone else from BPMC that helped on the day. Can you also thank the BPMC Committee for inviting the Mini Cooper Register (Essex Region) along to this years event. Hopefully we can do the same again next year.
The whole event went down very well with our members, most of whom I'm sure will be back next year. They particually liked the all Mini sessions, so thanks again for organising these.
I have been very impressed with your Website and would like to try and do something similar for the MCR.
